A tremendous amount of energy and coordination are required to ensure the smooth operation of our bakery.  We bake our own birthday cakes, petit fours, croissants, cheese straws, homestyle cakes, cookies, brownies, macaroons, wedding cakes, and grooms cakes.  We have other items such as mints, specialty candies, food trays, bakery gift baskets, and trays, along with new items that we occasionally introduce. The quality of the products we produce is of the utmost importance.  From the largest wedding cake to the smallest individual petit four, we want to provide the freshest items for our customers. Our signature petit fours are one of our most popular confections.  These delicious, mini cakes melt in your mouth and are such a treat.  We gladly provide samples everyday and at any function we attend.  They come in a variety of flavors, but our original almond is the most popular.
